SMS Terms

Vocalist allows a business owner using our service to text with their own customers (for example, to confirm an appointment or answer a question) through a phone number provisioned for that purpose. These SMS Terms apply to that text messaging program.

• Consent. A customer's phone number is only enrolled to receive text messages after they have opted in, for example by providing their number to the business and agreeing to be contacted by text.
• Two-way messaging. Recipients can reply to messages they receive; replies are delivered to the business owner so they can respond.
• Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the business. Message and data rates may apply.
• No sharing for marketing. Mobile information collected in connection with SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your information.
